Autumn season preparations back on the sand at Ládví

It took until the fourth attempt of the summer holidays, but with a solid turnout we finally got together with a ball on the sand on the second-to-last Saturday of August, 23.8.2025. A mini-tournament was played between 3 teams of four, under the eye of referee Kape, who fairly and respectfully kept the occasionally grumbling players in check. Everyone who survived an hour on the sand was a winner, and by the time the photos were taken some could barely keep their eyes open. There was plenty of hard contact and some good tackling, and fortunately no injuries this time. Once the sand had been shaken out of every orifice, we sat down for a drink and a chat at the Na Mělnické restaurant, where once again we discussed where to go from here, what to improve and how to make OBP stronger.
